Founded by nurses, led with heart 🤍 HelloCare is guided by CEO & co-owner Helen Anderson and co-owner Kristy Runge — two nurses whose careers were shaped by hands-on caregiving, advocacy, and a shared belief that seniors deserve exceptional care at home.

Helen Anderson, RN — Founder & CEO
Born and raised in McMinnville, Helen began her nursing career in 2005 and built HelloCare from a simple but powerful belief: seniors deserve the option to stay home with exceptional, respectful care. From caring for her own family to serving communities across Oregon, Helen continues to lead hands-on, training caregivers and meeting families where they are — just as she always has.

Kristy Runge, RN — Co-Owner
Kristy has been a nurse since 2009, with experience spanning caregiving, leadership, advocacy, and operations. Her passion for patient outcomes, staff development, and thoughtful business leadership helps ensure HelloCare supports not only clients and families, but the caregivers who make it all possible.

Together, Helen and Kristy lead with integrity, compassion, and a shared promise: to help seniors live their best lives at home, without cutting corners.
