Here’s to 2026!!!

As 2025 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to say how thankful I am for every one of my clients. I am so grateful for the trust, loyalty, and support you’ve shown me over the last few years, which has allowed me to learn, grow, and continue doing what I love every day.

With that said, I’m very excited to step into new beginnings heading into 2026. I’ve decided to return to Denver, Colorado to continue expanding my skillset with several classes in Cranial Sacral Therapy, a gentle and powerful therapy I can’t wait to incorporate into my practice!

2025 has been one of the most challenging years for me personally, from juggling hard hits to my little family to navigating the transition into my 50s.
