Living Life Post Cancer Treatment (LLPCT) is a nine-week program designed for adults who are ready to bridge the gap between cancer treatment and life after cancer. With one location just started and an additional starting soon, now is the perfect time to get involved.

Through LLPCT, participants will:

✨ Learn strategies to regain energy and motivation through exercise and nutrition
✨ Strengthen communication with their medical team
✨ Connect with others who truly understand this stage of the experience
✨ Explore practical and supportive topics to help move forward with confidence

Life after treatment can feel uncertain—but it can also be a time of growth, connection, and renewal. The next session begins March 31st at UPMC East!
