Good news! I’m back to teaching childbirth ed classes and all group classes are on the calendar for the rest of the year! Don’t see a date that works for you? I also offer private classes and will work with you on dates and locations that work best for you!

This class is best taken when you are 28-34 weeks pregnant, however it is open to pregnant women any time in the second or third trimester! As of now, this is an in person class, but if there is interest we can look into a virtual option.

💜 I am looking for businesses in the central Kansas area that offer services pertaining to pregnancy, postpartum, babies, fertility, etc!

💜 -Birth/Family photographers-Lactation Consultants-Birth and Postpartum Doulas-Lactation Consultants-Chiropractors-Pelvic Floor Therapists-

💜 I am putting together a list of resources for the couples who attend my childbirth education classes! Please reach out if you would like to be included! This can look like your name being included in a list handed out or business cards or other information being included in my welcome folders! Our community is full of great local resources!

Wrapped up my first class of 2024 today! It’s always so fun to connect with expecting mamas and help them prepare for their births!

And I never tire of teaching about the Lord’s incredible design in growing and birthing and caring for babies. Our bodies truly are so wonderfully made and it never ceases to amaze me how intricately everything works together in the birth process!

And that's a wrap on my second vear of childbirth ed classes! Thad a wonderful group today and we had great discussions. It never ceases to amaze me just how wonderful and miraculous birth and babies are. It's such a pleasure to get to teach about the unique way God has designed us to birth and care for our babies!
It's a great honor to come alongside these families to help them prepare for such a special time in their lives!

I'm very excited to start year 3 in January! I've got a few classes lined up before baby is due to arrive in May!
