We’re continuing our series introducing the amazing team that keeps Ryals Drug Store running strong — and today we’re shining the spotlight on Shenerica, our incredible Head Clerk! 💙
If you’ve visited Ryals anytime in the last decade, chances are you’ve been greeted by Shenerica’s warm smile and friendly energy. She’s often the first face customers see when they walk through our doors — but what you may not realize is just how much she does behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. From managing the front end to keeping our workflow organized and our team supported, Shenerica is truly the heartbeat of our store.
Shenerica has been part of the Ryals Drug Store family since 2015, and we honestly can’t imagine Ryals without her! Her friendly demeanor, hard work, and calm, steady presence make a difference every single day. Whether she’s helping a customer or juggling a dozen tasks at once, she does it all with grace — and usually a good laugh, too!
Her dedication and leadership are a huge part of what makes Ryals feel like home. Customers and coworkers alike know they can count on her, and we are so grateful for the heart she brings to her role and to our entire team.
