Neither snow, nor rain, nor wind, nor cold stops us from celebrating movement! ❄️💨 We braved the elements for Stroll ‘N Roll ND because we know how good a walk feels, no matter the weather. 👟

Check out our crew and Dakota Prairie Knights students getting after it! We bundled up, stayed warm, and made some fun memories. Huge props to everyone who participated!

Letters were mailed to parents of Griggs County Central School and Midkota Public School Elementary students in need of immunizations. If you received a letter please complete it and return it to the school by April 13th.

3 Ways to Start Talking About Feelings
Starting conversations about emotions doesn’t have to be complicated. Try these simple steps:
1. Name what you notice.
“You seem really frustrated.”
Giving feelings words helps kids understand them.
2. Share your own feelings first.
“I felt nervous today.”
When you open up, they learn it’s safe to do the same.
3. Ask gentle, open-ended questions.
“What was the hardest part of your day?”
Inviting—not pressuring—makes it easier to talk.
Most important? Listen without judgment and say, “I’m glad you told me.”
