Join Satoko for a 60 min class for your littles that are interested in trying Yoga!

Recommended age 5-10, Class will be a fun, energetic, nurturing space where children build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence.

Designed for little movers this class will include fun age appropriate Yoga poses, simple breathing techniques, & relaxation time (savasana).

We often romanticize lovers and fate, but what of the women who show up at our gate?

When the lock is firm and the hinge is broken;
they hear your silence, and don’t wait for the open.

They look past the weeds, they bring heart and home their flaws, and their truths, what a thing to be known.

We show up for these friends in the summer and blue
I don’t have to be anyone but me with you.

And we give them our lives, our laughter, our pain,
we promise them time to the very last train.

My daughter will know of the ones I keep near
and how a love story begins right here.
