Spring reminds us that growth doesn’t have to be rushed—it just has to be allowed.
After seasons of stillness, heaviness, or even survival… the body begins to soften, open, and move again. Just like these blooms reaching toward the light, we’re meant to unfold in our own time.
In my work, I see this every day—tight shoulders learning to release, breath deepening, nervous systems finally feeling safe enough to rest.
Growth is movement.
Movement is healing.
And sometimes the most powerful thing you can do… is simply begin again.
