We have officially added yet another new space to our studio. Take a look at this beautiful new Private Pilates Equipment room! We are so obsessed with how cozy and luxurious this new space feels ✨

Our books have opened for more private Pilates appointments and classes with a fresh group of instructors starting very soon!

You don’t have to be experienced to book a private Pilates appointment. In fact, having one on one attention before jumping into group Pilates equipment classes is an excellent way to get a better feel for the practice, and to be more in tune with the way your body moves.

We can’t believe we’re saying this, but November 1st is this Saturday (yeah, it really is). For the month of November we want to bring our attention to the things we are grateful for 🫶🏼 psst…it’s definitely all of you!

Each room in the studio will have leaf 🍁 shaped sticky notes. When you come to class write something you’re feeling grateful for, and stick it to the wall (hello cute selfie situation incoming). You’ll know which wall or mirror to stick it to because it’ll say “Gratitude Wall” in big white stickers 😉

Oh, and just for funsies we are drawing winners each week from these notes, so make sure your name is on the back!

Today was weekend 1 for Pilates Reformer training for this crew! This is the first step towards adding more reformer classes to the schedule ✨ we are always so excited to have these training opportunities so that we can continue to provide top notch classes to our fav people (aka you guys)!
