"Great staff and environment. My initial therapist was Darcy (no longer there) and she was great. Very attentive to how you are feeling each session to ensure she was able to work the specific areas for improvement.
Jose an Aubrey worked with me after Darcy left and they were terrific.

We often skip over the little things that make life easier. Today, take five minutes and jot down a few reasons you feel lucky. Remember, these don’t have to be fancy. Think of something reasonable, like a hot shower first thing in the morning. The point is, when the day feels heavy, you’ll have a reminder that there’s already plenty going right.

Treat yourself to a flower today. Buy one at the store or pick one if you can. It doesn’t have to be expensive or fancy. Bring it home, place it in water, and let it brighten your space.

Take a second to appreciate something lovely, chosen with yourself in mind. It’s a way to remind yourself that you deserve nice things, even in tiny, everyday ways.

Change up your usual drink today. Try a new herbal tea you’ve never tasted, or add a different flavor to your coffee. It could be a new syrup or even a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Taking time to enjoy something new offers a chance to slow down and enjoy the moment, even if it’s just your morning cup.

"My experience at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Mechanicsburg was outstanding! Jose and his staff are experts in the field of PT. I had a total knee replacement and went to PT for 8 weeks. Their hands-on approach was refreshing and I was thrilled with the results. I had a speedy recover thanks to Jose and the folks at FYZICAL. I would highly recommend them.
