At ESC, we provide individual therapy (in-person and telehealth) for clients ages 10 and above. Our mission is to create a supportive, empowering space where healing, growth, and transformation can take place. We are committed to meeting clients where they are and helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.

We accept most major health insurances (excluding Medicaid) and are proud to serve our community with compassionate, high-quality care.

Six years ago, I opened the doors to Evolutionary Soul Counseling & Wellness Services with a vision rooted in healing, growth, and deep human connection. I had no idea that just weeks later, the world would change in ways none of us could have imagined.

I started this practice right before COVID…during a time filled with uncertainty, fear, and collective grief. What I did know was that people needed support more than ever, and that this work mattered. So we adapted. We held space through screens, through loss, through exhaustion, through resilience. And somehow, we grew.

Six years later, I’m incredibly grateful…for the clients who trusted me with their stories, for the strength it took to keep showing up, and for the lessons this journey has taught me about perseverance, compassion, and purpose.

ESC was never just a business. It’s a reflection of belief in healing, even in the hardest seasons. 🤍

Choosing a Word of the Year instead of a New Year’s resolution is meaningful because it shifts the focus from pressure and performance to intention and alignment. Here’s why many people—especially those juggling a lot emotionally and professionally—find it more powerful:

✨ Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with an active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc) to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a virtual or hybrid setting. This position is flexible and allows you to build a caseload that fits your schedule.

🌿 Responsibilities

Provide individual counseling services to children, teens, and/or adults
Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Utilize telehealth platforms effectively and professionally
Collaborate with team members and participate in consultations as needed
Uphold all ethical, legal, and professional standards

✨Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mental Health Therapist or similar role
Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults
Proficiency in data collection and analysis to inform treatment planning and evaluation
Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation tools and techniques, such as the DSM-5
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality
Active clinical license in PA (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc)
Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
