Heritage First ENT is closing on June 30, 2024. Dr. Abram is starting a new job and will be moving out of state. We appreciate the past 30 years to serve and care for patients in South Central PA. Medical charts will be available in our current office till June 30, 2024. After that date, charts will be transferred to Richard Ferraro MD's office in Carlisle at Carlisle ENT, 9 Brookwood Ave, Carlisle PA 17015 (717) 243-0616.

Chronic sinus problems are a common issue we see often. There are a lot of medical treatments that can help. When those no longer work, there are an assortment of procedures that can be preformed in the office for a more long term treatment.

We are seeing lots of patients with chronic sinus and nose problems and are able the majority of with non surgical treatments. Sometimes using something as simple as saline rinses can make a big difference. For the people who don’t respond well to non surgical treatment plans, sinus and nose surgery could be indicated and there are many procedures that can be done in the office.
