He patented the system and later founded Precision Medical Devices, distributing his inventions worldwide..."

Proud of our 2025 Scholarship Recipients! What a privilege it is to invest in our future physicians. Your dedication paves the way for a brighter future and a healthier, happier health care workforce.

Our scholarship opportunities are made possible by generous contributions from the Pennsylvania Medical Society and its Alliance, county medical societies and alliances, physician members, and other partnerships within the medical community. Scholarship applications are accepted July 1st through September 30th of each year. Notifications are made in November, and funds are disbursed directly to the medical school in December.

This year’s NP Week theme was all about the role of NPs in providing high-quality, accessible care across the United States--and we're happy to celebrate our NP's as we share the benefits of our Nurses' Health Program.

At the tail end of National Nurse Practitioner's Week, Michele Davis and Julie Heaney represented the Nurses' Health Program at the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioner's 22nd Annual Conference! Thank you to the Nurse Practitioners we met this weekend, and to all NPs in Pennsylvania for their hard work and dedication to their patients.
