Brazil nuts have the highest about of selenium of any other food. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Many protein based foods such as tuna, halibut, sardines, turkey, and beef have good amounts of selenium. Eating a high protein diet is good for mineral intake as well and weight loss. Our American diet isn't' as rich in iodine as many Asian diets. Most of our salt is enhanced with iodine, but if you eat sea salt it many not have much iodine.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Eating dried seaweed such as nori or sushi is a good way to get some iodine. Some dairy products such as yogurt also has some iodine.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
