Starting the day with movement and mindfulness. ☀️ Residents enjoyed a refreshing Pilates Yoga Stretch class focused on gentle exercises that support strength, flexibility, and well-being. It’s just one of the many classes offered by the fitness team here at Covenant Woods.

Yesterday, Covenant Woods was proud to host and participate in LeadingAge Virginia's CMP Immersive Empathy Project training as one of 20 participating communities across Virginia. Using Embodied Labs technology, staff experienced daily activities from the perspective of older adults living with various diagnoses and symptoms, helping to deepen understanding, empathy, and quality of care.
