Today, we celebrated Caregiver Day at Harmony, honoring everyone in our facility.
We recognize that each of us is a caregiver in our own unique way, and today was all about appreciating the dedication, compassion, and hard work that our team brings every single day.

Our staff came together for a wonderful potluck, with each person contributing a dish to share. We enjoyed a delicious meal, fellowship, and a moment to simply connect and uplift one another.

To show our gratitude, we surprised our team with a special appreciation gift—just a small token to thank them for the heart they put into caring for our residents and for each other. Every staff member at Harmony is a caregiver, and today we celebrated YOU.

Today at Harmony Square, our staff and residents came together to celebrate Alzheimer’s Awareness Day. 💜
We had such a wonderful time enjoying a variety of activities—starting off with exercise with Jammin with Jillison, Jenga, Bingo, coloring our favorite pages, and sharing laughs and conversations during our social hour.

One of the highlights of the day was sipping on delicious blueberry smoothies while enjoying chips and dip, all while dancing to some of our favorite songs. The joy and togetherness were truly felt throughout the room.

The best part of it all was capturing a beautiful group photo that perfectly reflected our unity and love for one another. Our memory care residents proudly wore shirts that read “Still Me, Still Loved,” while our Harmony Square staff wore their favorite shirts that expressed their passion and dedication—“I Love What I Do, So I’m Here for You.”

To honor Alzheimer’s Awareness Day, everyone proudly wore purple, showing support, love, and hope. 💜
It was a day filled with connection, compassion, and celebration—one we will always cherish. Special Thanks to Emma our Life Enrichment Director for creating all of our shirts for our special day!!

Veterans Day Celebration 🇺🇸

Yesterday, we had the honor of celebrating our veterans and their spouses during a heartfelt Veterans Day ceremony. We are truly grateful for the dedication, courage, and hard work our veterans have shown in service to our country.

We also recognize the sacrifices made by their spouses — the love, strength, and unwavering support that stand behind every veteran’s journey.

During our celebration, we proudly presented certificates and pins to honor their service and commitment. A special thank-you goes out to our amazing staff and to Trinity Hospice for hosting this meaningful event.

Together, we remembered, celebrated, and expressed our deepest gratitude to those who have given so much. ❤️💙

🌟 A Wicked Day to Remember! 🌟

On this day in 2003, the beloved musical Wicked made its dazzling debut on Broadway, sharing the untold story of the witches of Oz. Today, our residents, family, and friends came together to celebrate this magical journey! We enjoyed watching the movie, had a fun “Wicked Witch of the West” word match, delved into the Wizard of Oz comparisons, and vibed to the amazing soundtrack. It was truly a wickedly delightful day! 🎶✨

On yesterday, we had a wonderful Pink Out Bash in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💖 Our Harmony residents enjoyed a delicious strawberry shortcake dessert, great music, relaxing wind down time, and tasty wines and mocktails. It was truly a joyful afternoon filled with laughter, conversation, and community spirit.
