We would like to take a moment to show our sincere appreciation and gratitude to our Executive Director for his outstanding leadership, dedication, planning, engagement, and the respect he consistently shows to his directors and staff at Harmony.
During the recent snow and ice storm, more than 25 staff members remained on site from Saturday through Tuesday to ensure our residents were fully cared for. All directors were on site during this time, including our Executive Director, Harry Wyatt, standing alongside the team to support operations and our residents. Because of this strong leadership and teamwork, our building continued to operate as business as usual.
Thanks to the direction of our amazing teams — maintenance, housekeeping, dining, and nursing — we had beds ready, clean apartments, meals, snacks, and a comfortable environment for everyone. Our Executive Director even went the extra mile by clearing snow off staff vehicles when it was time to depart.
Our residents was so happy to see so many smiling faces and was thankful that the storm did not impact the staff from being in the community.
