FIRST KETTLEBELL WORK SHOP COMING AT YA
I started using kettlebells in 2013 working around some rugby injury’s that a barbell wouldn’t allow. I immediately fell
in love with them. They are versatile, train different planes of motion compared to machines or barbells, controlling force rather than being compressed. I started incorporating them into my rehab, now they are my primary tool for rehab, strength training and conditioning. In 2015 my wife bought my first kettlebells, a pair of 53s and a 35lb. I got the Hard Style Kettlebell Certification (HKC) in 2017 just to learn basics, and coach the movements more efficiently. In January 2019 I got my Russian Kettlebell Certification (RKC) as a challenge, to be coached by someone more advanced, which was a very humbling experience. I never thought Id do anything with it, but it was a goal and now has invited me to teach to some of her clients. I owe a lot to her so I didn’t hesitate. I wouldn’t care if it was just one person because I enjoy it so much. Thank you for the opportunity, tomorrow we swing some bells!!!
