I started getting neuromodulators (tox) regularly (every 3-4 months).

I did a series of treatments to improve the quality of my skin such as IPL, CO2 laser and 2 VI peels. — I now maintain and regenerate collagen by getting two CO2 laser treatments a year (once is enough after a series but is it really enough? 😂 Addicted).

Lip filler every year - 2 years.

Cheek filler once a year.

6-7 months ago I decided to try temple filler (LOVE it) Will definitely be maintaining.

I started using ZO medical grade and Korean skincare products. Will list my product line up in my next post!

I started taking skin-loving vitamins ⬇️
Nutrafol skin • D3 10,000 iu • Berberine HCI • Monolaurin • Zinc • Extra iron when low

I stopped taking Biotin and B12, cut back on energy drinks containing B12, cut WAY back on dairy, started SIPPING my collagen daily (bone broth).
