A new tea blend all finished and ready to go!!😁

This blend is called Head & Heart. This is a homemade blend channeled from my higher self. Its target is on brain health, focus, memory as well as heart health and gut health aiding the digestive tract. It also is a wonderfully effective lymph stimulator.

✨I started with Rooibos leaf tea as a base. Rooibos reduces inflammation, boosts and may restore the immune system. It offers relaxation and may reduce stress and anxiety. It’s rich in antioxidants protecting the body from oxidative stress and supports overall health. It helps to regulate blood sugar levels and may improve bone health, digestive health and heart health.

✨Next I added some Rosemary. Rosemary stimulates digestion and reduces bloating.
It improves memory and alertness and may protect against age related cognitive decline. It also can help lower blood pressure and improve circulation. It’s an antibacterial and anti fungal and may reduce pain and swelling, treating conditions like arthritis, head and muscle aches and cramping. Rosemary also stimulates the lymphatic system.

✨Next a generous helping of Rose hips as they are high in Vitamin C and antioxidants, protecting cells from damage caused by free radicals, reducing inflammation and boosting immune system. Making it a wonderful source for joint health and reducing arthritis, swelling and stiffness.
Rose hips also aid digestive health reducing inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. They also aid the lymphatic system.

✨Lastly I blended some Orange peel. Orange peel is rich in fiber and aids digestive health, containing prebiotics that nourish beneficial gut bacteria. Orange peel is high in antioxidants, protecting cells from damage and may reduce risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and cancer.
Orange peel is high in vitamin C, calcium and potassium. Studies have shown that it may also improve cognitive function and protect against neuro degenerative diseases. It also may support blood sugar regulation and stimulates the lymphatic system.

✨Mixing all that up with lots of love and the intention of health and wellness .🫶🏼🤗🌹

✨Clove Tincture ✨
Clove is high in anti-oxidants, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and can aid digestive health and nausea.
Clove is beneficial for dental pain and can be used as an oral rinse for gum health .
*According to the NIH ( National Institute of Health) Clove extract ( tincture) inhibits tumor growth and promotes cell cycle arrest. ( Cell cycle arrest ia a temporary or permanent halt in the cell cycle, which prevents the cell from dividing. This is a protective mechanism that occurs when there is damage, such as DNA errors or when internal signals indicate problems, allowing time for repairs before the cell can continue dividing. Essentially stopping the spread of damaged cells. It is a critical regulatory process that maintains the integrity of the genome and is a key defense against the development of cancer.)
Clove also promotes apoptosis( the death of cells which occurs as a normal and controlled part if an organism’s growth and development.) This allows our body to shed the damaged cell so healthy new cells can take their place while not allowing damaged cells to divide and spread.
