I am so glad you are here!

(We all know that is half the battle! HA!)

MY CLASS IS FREE TO OUR COMMUNITY!!! I do have a small donation box at the sign in counter that send all donations to the church ... but I would MUCH rather have people come to class and not worry about the money aspect ... So please join us! My class is a 1 hour dance class that is held on Monday evenings from 7 to 8pm at Fairmount Christian Church. (Please show up a LITTLE early to sign in!)

I will post by 12pm on Mondays if I won't be holding class for some reason (snow, sickness, etc ...). PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK before making the trip! I am blessed that in five years I have never had to cancel due to sickness.🙃

REFIT was designed to support our minds, bodies, and spirits! My goal is to simply have you leave feelin' better than when you walked in ... We always do!

Don't worry about dance skills or health issues ... Everything can be modified to fit your abilities! This easy-to-follow formula is perfect for both beginners and fitness enthusiasts, with workouts designed for everybody and every body—regardless of age, shape, size, or ability! (We even have walkers, canes, and wheelchairs!)

It's TIIIIIIIME!!!🎄🎁🎄 Tonight is our 5th Annual Rockin' REFIT Christmas Party at Fairmount Christian Church (right side of building)!! ... All are welcome!! ESPECIALLY people we haven't seen in a long time ... and NEWBIES, OF COURSE!! 🤗💞

Some things to know!

1. We will be dancing only 30 minutes instead of our full hour tonight (7pm to 7:30pm).

2. If you would like to eat, please bring a little plate of finger foods to share! ANYTHING. We will provide plates and napkins!! If you don't plan to eat, no need to bring anything.🙂👍

3. If you would like to participate in the Secret Gift Exchange, please bring a wrapped and unmarked gift UNDER $10 to put in the middle of our Fellowship Circle!! 🎁

4. This is our FINAL class of 2025! We will be back in January!🤗🎉

Tonight would be a GREAT way to meet new people and join our little REFIT FAMILY! (Kiddos ages 10 and up are welcomed to be dropped off between 6:30pm and 8:30pm with a strict pick up of 8:30pm, please.) 😉👍

We are moving our 5th Annual Rockin' REFIT Party (at Fairmount Christian ... My 8th year of instructing so 8th for me) to December 15th!!! I will keep you posted on the all the details!!!

We have a fun cadence for tonight in our FREE body mind and spirit exercise dance class for the community!! Come check it out! ... Come alone or with your spouse ... Bring the kiddos or grandma and grandpa! FUN FAMILY TIME for ALL dance abilities!! (Canes or wheelchairs welcome!)🤗

ALWAYS FREE FAMILY FUN FOR THE COMMUNITY! 🤗 (ALL AGES AND ABILITIES! ALL WALKERS OR CHAIRS ... OR MARATHON RUNNERS!)😉👍

On Friday we went to Pole Green Park for a Spoooky Fun Fest and had a BLAST promoting Rockin' REFIT! 💞💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼🕺🏼

TONIGHT IS DR. JOSH'S PARTY!!!😃👍🎉 ... And we are TOO REFIT TO QUIT!!

For all of you who have supported him over the years, please come give him a hug to celebrate his awesome achievement from Liberty University!! 🇺🇲🤗🎉🎉🎉🎉 We will dance his favorite songs from 7 to 7:30pm and then have some fellowship until y'all see fit!!

If you plan to snack, please bring a little plate of something yummy to share with the group. If not, no worries! 😉👍 ... If you would like to bring one of Josh's favorite snacks, they might include macadamia nuts, walnuts, pecans, pickles, ANY cheeses, olives, or berries, or Zevia drinks!

No gifts! Your presence is your present! 🤗
