I am so glad you are here!

(We all know that is half the battle! HA!)

MY CLASS IS FREE TO OUR COMMUNITY!!! I do have a small donation box at the sign in counter that send all donations to the church ... but I would MUCH rather have people come to class and not worry about the money aspect ... So please join us! My class is a 1 hour dance class that is held on Monday evenings from 7 to 8pm at Fairmount Christian Church. (Please show up a LITTLE early to sign in!)

I will post by 12pm on Mondays if I won't be holding class for some reason (snow, sickness, etc ...). PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK before making the trip! I am blessed that in five years I have never had to cancel due to sickness.🙃

REFIT was designed to support our minds, bodies, and spirits! My goal is to simply have you leave feelin' better than when you walked in ... We always do!

Y'all.🫣 Ya know how I was remindin' everyone last week to always check this page after 12pm each Monday to MAKE SURE I'm gonna be there (Fairmount Christian Church from 7-8pm)? ... How I was SO HAPPY that I almost never get sick and I've never had to cancel a class due to a cold in over 8 years? ... And how I said I'd probably get sick now that I put it out in the universe?! 🫣🤭

Wellllll ... On Tuesday Cameron asked me to sing with her on stage for church. SO OF COURSE I began practicing my worship song OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER ... ALL. NIGHT. so I wouldn't sound awful!

I'm brilliant.🙄

Not only do I sound AWFUL, we had to put it off a few weeks.😂👍

Up side ... Gives me more practice time? 🤦‍♀️

I made my throat COMPLETELY raw and woke with the beginnings of a chest cold.😜 WHO KNEW THAT COULD HAPPEN!?! 🤷‍♀️

I'M POOPED ... And can barely speak ... And have fairly decent congestion and a cough. 🤪👍

Sooo ... Thank you for your healing prayers, and thank you SO MUCH for understanding! 🥹🤗

We'll plan to see you all next week! (Lord willin' and the crick don't rise!)💜✝️💜💃

Well, ladies and gentlemen! Guess what?! GOD IS ON A ROLL!!

We have another baptism tonight!! 😃👍💜✝️💜

When Heather was baptized last week, she inspired another little friend who was there to want to give her life to Christ!!

We'll do the same as last week ... Dance from 7-8 and go straight over to the worship center.

Please come support this young lady! You don't have to stay after class, but you are MORE than welcome! 🤗

We're looking forward to seeing you all at Fairmount Christian Church every Monday night at 7pm! (I'll post here each Monday by about noon to confirm.) Please come in the double doors on the right side of the church. They open at 6:30pm and we dance from 7-8pm! See you soon!

Hey, guys! I hope you are all staying warm! 🥹

We are pretty iced in over here. CAZINESS! ❄️☃️❄️

Josh and I have decided to wait one more week to start class up again. We want to keep everyone safe. And let's be honest, nobody wants to be out in this mess, anyhow. 🫣😜

We are expecting a few new peeps next week, so please mark your calendars for a fun night of exercise dance at Fairmount Christian!

(Right side of the building ... Doors open at 6:30pm for fellowship and sign in ... And at the end we take a photo of the AWESOME people who can and WANNA stay and read a short devotional and share prayer requests at the end until about 8:20pm ... Some participants need to leave prior and that's ok! Perosnal choices and reasons! We all have become close and love to stay and support each other! PLEASE JOIN US!)

JUST IN CASE someone was dedicated enough to try to make it out to REFIT tonight ... There is no class. 🙃 I am so thankful to Fairmount Christian for using our church as a safe, warm space for people this week.

Stay home and warm and I'll let you know next week if there is class on Monday night.

It's TIIIIIIIME!!!🎄🎁🎄 Tonight is our 5th Annual Rockin' REFIT Christmas Party at Fairmount Christian Church (right side of building)!! ... All are welcome!! ESPECIALLY people we haven't seen in a long time ... and NEWBIES, OF COURSE!! 🤗💞

Some things to know!

1. We will be dancing only 30 minutes instead of our full hour tonight (7pm to 7:30pm).

2. If you would like to eat, please bring a little plate of finger foods to share! ANYTHING. We will provide plates and napkins!! If you don't plan to eat, no need to bring anything.🙂👍

3. If you would like to participate in the Secret Gift Exchange, please bring a wrapped and unmarked gift UNDER $10 to put in the middle of our Fellowship Circle!! 🎁

4. This is our FINAL class of 2025! We will be back in January!🤗🎉

Tonight would be a GREAT way to meet new people and join our little REFIT FAMILY! (Kiddos ages 10 and up are welcomed to be dropped off between 6:30pm and 8:30pm with a strict pick up of 8:30pm, please.) 😉👍
