After spending time on the road to see family for Thanksgiving, I am excited to be back to work Monday morning! Reminder, with all this white stuff outside and the salt that comes with it, we will ask you to take your shoes off or cover them. We have extra socks and/or booties. Thank you.

Holiday Season is approaching! I will be traveling to see family for Thanksgiving so get in the next 2 weeks! Also, see my Saturday morning availability.

I get asked about mattresses a lot. I usually recommend something more firm than soft but not too firm... I decided to share the mattress I have. The company is Saatva. We purchased mattresses about 7-8 years ago and I still love mine. Initially, I ordered a firm classic. I told them it was too firm and they sent a mattress topper which helped but not completely. I ended up with the step down from firm and have been happy since. (American Chiropractic Association also recommends Saatva!) This link gives a 15% discount.
