We’re Matthew and Arielle Tufts, Family Nurse Practitioners and the founders of Title Wellness.

We’re passionate about spreading knowledge about the importance of hormones, and educating patients to making better decisions. Between the two of us we have 13+ years working in healthcare and 400+ hours of advanced education specifically in hormone replacement therapy. But more importantly, we have a deep passion for helping people finally get answers when it comes to their health and treat the root cause

Our focus is hormone optimization for both men and women.
We offer other services — but hormones are really where our passion is.
