Exercise should be a non negotiable.
Not for aesthetics, but for your metabolism, your strength, your brain, and your longevity.
Find something you actually enjoy and protect it like an appointment you would never cancel. When you treat movement as part of your life instead of something you do only when you feel motivated, everything changes.
Because one day you will either wish you had started sooner or you will be grateful you did.
