Taylored FamilyCare Clinic offers an array of cost-effective medical services, including acute care visits, occupational health services, family planning, pediatric care, WIAA sports physicals, and federally-certified Commercial Drivers License (CDL) exams and certificates. Established by Dr. Rebecca Gilbertson in 2013 to provide vital medical services at affordable prices, Taylored FamilyCare Clinic is proud to serve Medford and the entire central Wisconsin area. Dr. Gilbertson and the staff of Taylored FamilyCare Clinic look forward to providing quality medical services for you and your entire family.

We are excited to a welcome our newest addition to the Taylored Family Care family. Jodi, a Family Nurse Practitioner, has been a community nurse for over 24 years, specializing in public health, home health, and hospice. She holds a Masters of Nursing in Education and Post Master Nurse Practitioner Degree.

She will be located at our Phillips office two days a week, once she completes her onboarding and orientation in Medford.

Telephone Visits are for basic acute care for common health conditions, such as flu, thrush, strep, heartburn, eczema or pink eye.

Our availability is subject to first come first serve and is not guaranteed. However, our goal is to get back to you within the business day. We will schedule a time when we are able to call you back. We reserve the right to require an in-office visit depending on the severity of the illness before giving our professional option for treatment.

Payment is collected at the time of service. (Major credit cards accepted).
