A Perfect Family Circle, LLC (Family Home Care) was created for one reason. Our team is happiest when we are helping others remain healthy, independent and secure. For us there’s no better feeling than extending a person`s ability to live in their own home—wherever that might be—for as long, as confidently and as comfortably as possible. Serving others is what we do and we do it with everything we have! Family Home Care is a team of highly educated experts devoted to providing our customers with the most comprehensive care possible. We offer free in-home assessments designed to discover the best possible plan of care for our clients that ensures family security and peace of mind. Family Home Care is not a staffing agency or simply a referral service. We offer premium home health and personal care better than anyone because we consider our customers to be part of our family. Our Home Care Services include but are not limited to the following:

- Meal Preparation
- Running Errands and Shopping
- Companionship
- Accompanyment on Outings/Appointments
- Housekeeping/Laundry/Linen Changes
- Medication Reminders
- Transportation Services
- Alzheimer's and Dementia Care
