We know other skilled nursing home facilities might say the same thing. But, at Medford Multicare, we are striving for excellence in the services that we provide. Being entrusted to care for you or your loved one is a great responsibility, one we do not take lightly. We will always do our best to care for you in the way we would expect to receive care for ourselves or our family members. And, we strive to make Medford Multicare your home, just in a different environment. It is our goal and mission.

Patti’s journey is a beautiful reminder of what’s possible with determination, support, and heart. Through the motivation and dedication of our rehab team, Patti regained her strength, independence, and confidence- ready to take the next step forward.

She left not just ready to return home, but with another family to call her own, a true home away from home. We are so proud to be part of her story and hope for a season filled with comfort, joy and continued healing. ❤️

The holiday season is truly the gift of giving. 🎁✨
We are so grateful for the generous donations to bring joy and comfort to our residents this season. Special thanks to all who contributed to our upcoming resident gift giving event, including our local community organizations, Voices for Seniors, for their support, as well as the creators of handmade friendship dolls by the Giving Doll ladies and the beautiful crocheted blankets from St. Sylvester’s Prayer Shawl Ministry, Integrity Ministries Outreach Church and more. Each gift made with love and care.

In the spirit of giving back, we were also proud to support the Town of Brookhaven Toy Drive, helping spread holiday cheer throughout our community. Any holiday shopping hosted in our lobby directly benefits our Resident Council Fund, ensuring special items and moments for those we serve.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this season brighter for our residents and our community. ❤️🎄

We were truly grateful to welcome Vivian and Tracey of Voices for Seniors – Supporting Residents, Families & Caregivers into MMC. Their generosity in sponsoring and delivering gifts for our residents brought so much joy, warmth, and meaningful connection to our seniors. 💙

A special thank you as well to Assemblyman Joe DeStefano for his support and for helping make this possible.

Seeing the smiles on our residents’ faces is a powerful reminder of how impactful community partnerships can be. Thank you for taking the time to visit, for your kindness, and for your continued commitment to supporting seniors and their families.
