Meet our new Sales & Marketing Director, Matthew Browne! 🌟

A longtime member of the Rogue Valley—first arriving in 1999 to study theater at SOU—Matthew brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic experience to our team. From working as an actor at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival to leading marketing at major companies like Lithia Motors and Spartan Group, he’s always followed his passions—and now that passion is helping people plan for the next chapter of their lives.

Matthew says this role is the most fulfilling of his career, and he’s excited to bring curiosity, creativity, and energy to every day at Rogue Valley Manor. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him coaching his daughters’ soccer teams, fly-fishing, camping, hiking, or staying involved in local theater projects with his family.

🛠️ We got a chance to tour the incredible Talent Maker City, a nonprofit makerspace based in Talent that encourages creativity and builds community through hands-on projects for all ages. We checked out their woodshop, ceramics studio, 3D and etching printers, fiber arts, and more. It was such a fun visit and a wonderful reminder of the creativity happening in our community!
