Farmington Square Memory Care located in Medford, Oregon is a senior care community designed for individuals living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. It is our goal to supply excellent social, physical, and emotional support all while helping our residents achieve maximum independence. Every aspect of our community is designed with our residents in mind. From our selection of furnishings to our extra-attentive staff, no detail is overlooked when it comes to making our residents feel at home.

We had recently had a fantastic afternoon with Richard Gyuro’s live music performance. There was such great energy, and the residents couldn’t resist getting up to dance and sing along. It’s moments like these that make our community so special.

It was pure puppy love at our community! Residents couldn’t stop smiling as the most adorable pup made its rounds for cuddles and kisses. There’s just something about a wagging tail that warms the heart and lifts the spirit.

Our team spotlight shines on Brenda! Brenda is a valued employee at our community. She was born in Fresno, Ca., but relocated to Medford later in life with her mom. Brenda grew up tagging along with her mom to work at Living Opportunities, where she fell in love with the bonds she created for the people for whom she cared. From that point forward, she has been helping those in memory care for the last seven years. Her hobbies include collecting crystals and rocks, listening to metal music, and finding new fun activities for her three children. Brenda is such an inspiration to our community and brightens up any day! Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and ambition.

Our resident spotlight shines on Sharon! Sharon was born and raised in a small town in Minnesota. She married her first husband who was a USAF officer and welcomed three children into their family. Later on, she remarried and spent her time picking up the hobbies she loves, such as gardening, playing the piano, sewing, and needlework. In her leisure time, she also enjoys puzzles, soap operas, and going for walks in the park. She has been a pleasure getting to know in our community and we are so happy to spend more time together.
