Farmington Square Memory Care located in Medford, Oregon is a senior care community designed for individuals living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. It is our goal to supply excellent social, physical, and emotional support all while helping our residents achieve maximum independence. Every aspect of our community is designed with our residents in mind. From our selection of furnishings to our extra-attentive staff, no detail is overlooked when it comes to making our residents feel at home.

Our resident spotlight shines on Vera! Vera has a lifetime of richness and adventure, such as her summer she spent in Germany, which allowed her to bask in the travel, culture, and passion she experienced. Her love for experiences does not stop at travel– she has a playful, competitive streak, especially when it comes to lighthearted games like balloon toss. Vera spends most of her days reading, watching movies, spending time with her beautiful family, and having a genuine interest in getting to know others. Vera is a woman whose life is woven with love, curiosity, and connection– who proves to be the perfect example of grace and enthusiasm.
