Many restaurants are reopening as the coronavirus pandemic persists. A lot of these restaurants are following strict guidelines to ensure the health of customers and workers. Despite all these efforts, we cannot take the tentative reopenings as a sign of defeating the coronavirus. We should still wear masks and gloves when possible, keep ourselves (especially our hands) clean, and remain social distancing.
Restrictions about restaurants vary in different states and parts of the world. We recommend you to stay aware of your city’s restrictions. At this time, takeout is still the most viable option!

Health workers are at the front line of the COVID-19 outbreak response and as such are exposed to hazards that put them at risk of infection. Hazards include pathogen exposure, long working hours, psychological distress, fatigue, occupational burnout, stigma, and physical and psychological violence.
We recognize their efforts in this combat against coronavirus outbreak.
The most important thing we can do to support them: Protect ourselves from infection! (If you have any extra medical equipment such as masks, donate them to those hospitals/medical workers in need!)

Nurses, doctors go to great lengths to keep the coronavirus from leaving the hospital with them.

Coronavirus makes inequality a public health issue. This article discusses the health disparity between ethnic groups during the coronavirus outbreak. The difference in wealth is only part of the story, and we have a lot more to investigate and improve on.
The inequality in the US can also be projected to the whole world when some countries can hardly control the outbreak.

A professor of social epidemiology discusses the causes of racial disparity in health outcomes and what can be done to ameliorate the suffering of the most vulnerable Americans during the coronavirus crisis.

The best way to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is to avoid being exposed to this virus.
Basic protective measures against the new coronavirus:
1. Wash your hands frequently;
2. Maintain social distancing;
3. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth;
4. Practice respiratory hygiene (for example, covering your mouth when coughing);
WHO is providing guidance on disease prevention and a lot of interesting facts and suggestions! See:

Washing with soap and water is one of the key public health practices that can significantly slow the rate of a pandemic and limit the number of infections.
Remember:
1. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

During an outbreak, many people experience distressing thoughts, feelings, and physical symptoms.
This webpage from CDC tells us about steps that individuals can take for themselves and their families to reduce negative effects and improve their ability to function at home, work, and school.

Healthy ways of coping in this time period include: limiting consumption of alcohol and other drugs; trying to maintain normal routines for meals, exercise, and sleep; find healthy ways to relax, such as breathing exercises, meditation, mindfulness, calming self-talk, soothing music.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a virus (more specifically, a coronavirus) identified as the cause of an outbreak of respiratory illness first detected in Wuhan, China.

Whether your gym's closed or not, official guidance around the world is that we should all stay at home as much as possible, avoiding any unnecessary social interaction or travel during the coronavirus pandemic. This has posed something of a challenge for gym fans, but you don't need to fear to lose all those hard-earned gains.
This article from NYTimes tells us how "muscle memory" will allow us to regain fitness after the outbreak.

Muscles may “remember” in ways that will allow us to regain fitness once gyms reopen and we start working out again.

Sleep is vital for overall brain health. Getting a full night’s rest, typically about 7–9 hours a night for an adult, helps the brain create and store long term memories.
If you don't have enough time for a good night's sleep, a 45-minute nap, or even a 6-minute snooze, can help your brain to reactivate and reorganize recently learned material!
There are also studies suggesting that wakeful rests can also boost your memory!

All in all, try not to cram before exams or deadlines. Getting enough sleep might be more helpful than reading a few pages of revision material!

Give yourself time to relax!😀😀

Sleep may be time off for the body, but it's part of a day's work for the brain. During sleep, the brain is hard at work processing the events of the day, sorting and filing, making connections, and even solving problems. New research suggests that dreaming can improve memory, boost performance, and...
