Medford Senior Care is searching for a part time maintenance man to rescue damsels in distress!! We are a women run business in need of a Knight in Shining Armor.
If you are retired, restless, and looking to supplement your income, we’ve got the perfect job for you!!
Located in Medford, MN., we are a 24-bed Assisted Living Community. We are in need of a PT maintenance man to provide care to the building, grounds and the moat that surrounds it!
This position includes, but is not limited to:
Maintaining icy sidewalks in the winter
Light snow removal
Lawn mowing
Spot painting rooms
Troubleshooting
Unpack delivered supplies
General maintenance of building
Plan and implement fire Drills w/ Housing Director
· Three days a week with flexible hours to fit your life.
· $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

No heavy lifting, striking out or bad behaviors. We have a ratio of six residents to one caregiver.
