Chair Yoga is a supportive, nourishing practice designed to help you move, breathe, and relax—without needing to get up and down from the floor. Using a chair as our foundation, we gently stretch, strengthen, and mobilize the body while honoring where you are today.
This class is perfect for:
• Beginners or those new to yoga
• Seniors or anyone with limited mobility
• People recovering from injury or managing chronic pain
• Anyone wanting a slower, more mindful practice
Each class weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and increase flexibility and balance. Modifications are always offered, and you are encouraged to listen to your body—resting whenever you need.
No yoga experience required.
