What does it take to stay connected across differences, especially right now?

Equity & Agility is a 3-day, in-person workshop where ordinary people come together to reflect on power, perspective, and the habits that shape how we relate to one another. Through dialogue and practical skill-building, we grow our capacity to create connection instead of separation.

“Thank you for being part of Wednesday’s Culture of Belonging Learning Lunch. I left our time together feeling deeply grateful—for your presence, your openness, and the thoughtful reflections you shared (pictured here) in response to the prompt: What behaviors help create belonging? Those insights are the foundation of meaningful change.”
—Bryon Lambert, facilitator

If the conversation resonated with you, we invite you to continue the journey with us May 19–21 in our Equity & Agility workshop—a three-day experience designed to turn reflection into practical action.

We are looking forward to True Colors this June 13-18!
At this self-discovery summer camp, teens age 14 to 18 discover inner resources they never knew they had and learn to apply these to making choices now, even in the face of peer pressure, to create the future they truly want.

But we know growth doesn't start at camp.
In this blog post by educator and wilderness adventure program facilitator Tom Shelstad shares what really sparks change and how parents can help.
