We are excited to announce our first ever Reiki Level I class!

Class Description:
Throughout this 6-week class, we will explore the cultural/historic roots of reiki, learn about what reiki is and how it works, and begin to understand its benefits as a holistic therapy and spiritual practice.
We will focus first on learning self-reiki (how to give yourself a treatment) and then on sharing reiki treatments with others. 
Upon completion of all 6 classes, each student will receive a certification in Reiki Level I.

Instructor:
Rachel is a Reiki Master, Registered Nurse, and holds a master’s degree in Integrative Health. She aims to help people find ways to live with a sense of wellbeing and believes in empowering those she works with to connect compassionately with themselves and the world around them.

Hi there!

I’m Rachel, a new practitioner at Harvest Moon Holistic Studio. I am a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, and Integrative Health Coach. My main offerings here at the studio include reiki and guided imagery - both of which are gentle, supportive modalities meant to promote relaxation, wellbeing, and healing.
