“Will it hurt?” This is the question I hear most often, and the answer is—not at all 😊. Acupuncture needles are incredibly thin, much smaller than a sewing needle, and most people barely feel them.

The sense of clarity, lightness, and physical relief that follows a session (just a few of the many benefits) is well worth setting aside any fear of needles.
