Winter Yoga & Meditation Classes with Adam
Begins Tuesday January 7th - February 25th
Class 6-7:10pm ($30 per class) or ($200 for the entire 8 week series…$40 discount)
Class will begin with a 5 minute meditation and then move into a typical Adam Vinyasa flow class followed by savanna and then a final 5 minute meditation. Breath, flow and breath. Leave feeling invigorated and rested. Focused and at ease.
