👻Happy Halloween from Gentle Endodontics 🎃

Halloween is here, and we know how tempting all that candy can be! 🎃

We understand it's hard to resist those sweet treats. That's completely normal, and you don't have to feel guilty about enjoying some Halloween candy.

Here's what we recommend to keep your teeth healthy:
- Brush your teeth 30-60 minutes after eating candy
- Rinse with water right after having sweets
- Choose chocolate over sticky or sour candies when possible
- Limit candy to meal times rather than snacking throughout the day

Remember, it's about balance, not perfection. A little extra care goes a long way in protecting your smile.

"The overall experience went really great. The staff in very friendly Dr. Is very honest. I was scheduled for exam and dr was able to fit me in same day procedure. The Dr did a 3d bone scan and at first I was confused why she cant use the other xrays Dr.elrefai went through the whole X-ray and wxplained how it shows everything about this specific tooth and the bone structure. "I would not hesitate to have Dr El-Refai perform a procedure on me. From the spotless waiting area to her thorough evaluation of my tooth, her attention to detail was obvious. I have an old root canal that became infected. Unfortunately I am not a candidate for a redo and she was very honest with me. I only hope the oral surgeon is as thorough as she was. They tell you what is being done and why each step of the way. The office is very nice, clean and inviting.
