Add a source of healthy fat to your meal! Fats support brain health, hormones, satiety, and glowing skin! Did I say HORMONES???!! I did.

Fats are one of the “Big 3” Macronutrient groups. We don’t consume as many grams per day compared to the other two nutrient sources (protein and carbs) but they are still ESSENTIAL! Quality over quantity.

Under-fueled women don’t flourish.

One way to increase your N.E.A.T. (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) is to increase movement throughout your workday. Our student counsel meeting was not only more fun, but we had creative, focused outcomes!!

Bring a BOSU BALL to your next meeting. Not only did it build camaraderie, the movement taught us how to stay focused!!

Another option, is to let go of the chair and substitute it with standing or a stability ball.

🌟 Today’s tip is to start adding 20-40 g of protein to your breakfast. (Eggs, protein bar, protein shake, Greek yogurt, chicken—- just keep it clean)

I used to think consistency meant never missing…

In reality the all or nothing belief kept me stuck.

One miss, one mistake means nothing as long as I make a quick rebound! That’s the real skill- getting better at rebounding-faster, quicker better. Back in the game. The longer we stay off our game the more damage we do.

I didn’t become consistent by being perfect.
I became consistent by learning how to get back up.

That’s the real skill. And that’s exactly what we train.

Exercise is a very important factor in a person’s overall health. But, most of the people I come in contact with are focusing on exercise to transform their appearance… It won’t at least not alone. Nutrition is so critical when trying to lose weight, tone up, etc.

A gentle state of fat burn will wake up your metabolism, energy levels and make body fat melt, but it’s managed with good nutrition! I help make it easy, manageable and enjoyable!
