Our facility aims to be a place where everyone can enjoy fitness from recreational gymnastics, to our gymnastics camps and to our yoga classes! Our Story

Welcome to Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics Center! This is the home of the youngest Olympic champion in U.S. gymnastics history, Dominique Moceanu. Dominique wanted to build upon her championship legacy for her family, children and community by opening a state-of-the-art gymnastics facility. After years of passionately advocating nationwide for a safer gymnastics environment, free from abuse, Dominique has overseen every detail of the new gym with a focus on athlete health and safety and a joyful celebration of the sport! The Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics Center is designed to be a place where every family member can also enjoy activities ranging from instructional gymnastics and gymnastics camps to yoga! The Center’s motto is: Peace. Strength. Balance. Join us for fun, rewarding and positive experiences!!

General Information

We Offer: Instructional Gymnastics Classes, Gymnastics Camps, and Yoga. On occasion, we offer yoga empowerment workshops, private lessons, gymnastics clinics and workshops.

Mission Statement

To provide a safe environment for healthy and positive gymnastics and yoga experiences while promoting physical fitness, creativity, and positive self-esteem in order to enrich the lives of each individual.

Our Philosophy

The children and our customers always come first. We aim to develop in our students a positive self-esteem by instilling the values of self discipline, respect and accountability. DMGC is committed to a standard of excellence and aims to have the best environment to teach gymnastics and yoga safely and positively.

WE BELIEVE:

“Teach children to believe in themselves, inspire and encourage them any way you can, expect an attitude of excellence while instilling an incredible work ethic, and they will remember the lessons for life.”

Hours of Operation:

Monday thru Friday: 8:00am-8:00pm,

Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm, and

Sunday: Closed (except for scheduled birthday parties, private lessons, workshops or clinics)

Registration: We have continuous registration all year, so you can join at anytime. Register online or in-person.

Gymnastics Classes: We offer instructional gymnastics classes from beginner levels to advanced levels.

Yoga Classes: We offer yoga classes from beginner to advanced for children and adults.

Gymnastics Camps: We offer half day and full day gymnastics camps in the summertime. Join the fun and be a part of our camp. We bring in an Olympian or collegiate gymnast guest for each of our sessions. Register online!
