🏃 Freeze Your Buns Run 5k: Registration opens at 8:00 at the Hamel Community Building (3200 Mill St 55340). $40 gets you race entry, free breakfast, and a long-sleeve t-shirt while supplies last.

🔔 The race kicks off at 9:45am

🥞 Pancake breakfast at the Hamel VFW starts at 8:0. $10 for adults, $5 for kids under 10, and free for runners

🔥 FREE sauna from starting at 9:00 at 62 Hamel Rd. We’ll have both saunas fired up - come drop in for a session (no registration required) and check out our saunas!
