As we move out of the darkness into the light, I celebrate with the traditional 108 sun salutations, counting by chocolate! How are you celebrating? Every 9 salutations I dedicate or give gratitude to something that inspires me during that flow. And then I celebrate with the last chocolate at the end. ( no, I don’t eat them all😂). A new window of opportunity this year! I am considering offering a yoga immersion program for those who want to deepen their yoga knowledge and lifestyle, but don’t want to teach.

The goal would be a 100 hour immersion over the course of about six months.
