4 years ago, I was inspired. Look at us now! I love how we do our appointments now. Thank you for making healthy choices with me.

Hola everyone! I'm in Southern Florida today, absolutely as happy as can be. I think now is the perfect time to reintroduce myself and chat a teeny bit.

This is my happy place. Naples. I've been visiting here my whole life. Nowhere else will you find me as into my surroundings as I am here. I love the way you practically choke on the humidity the moment you step out of the airport. Or just as well, the smell of the salt water when you drive down and finally reach the coast. Palm trees are a dime a dozen here but never get old to me. I love it. All of it.

I will be back in Ohio shortly, and there are some new leaves I will be turning over. I know that for my own health, I must follow through with these practices. It's time to let the old ways go. 2020 changed everything and there's no going back. Moving forward with that smile in this picture is what needs to happen.

I'm not moving. I'm not changing careers. I'm not getting divorced. On the contrary! I'm doubling down on the good stuff. I've really had trouble coping with some things for awhile, and it's time for me to quit stressing. For me that means my emotional, mental and physical health will improve. I will definitely be putting more energy in a healthier direction so that a better work/life balance is achieved. So what does that mean to you? Hopefully, you'll find that when we're together, you feel the joy too!

You might see my schedule change a little bit. You might feel a calmer vibe in the studio. You may make different decisions about how you care for your hair after we talk about new services. You will likely have a very good time being appreciated and pampered by me!
