Zach helps clients build strength with purpose. With a background in exercise physiology and more than a decade of coaching experience, he combines technical precision, proven programming, and real-world competition insight to help people get stronger and move better.

A former collegiate cheerleader turned competitive powerlifter, Zach understands performance from multiple angles. As both an athlete and coach, he has supported lifters at national-level competitions and helped produce multiple world-record performances.

Kelly Bailey, CPT — Personal Trainer at PH Performance

Kelly helps clients build strength, confidence, and the kind of fitness that makes everyday life more enjoyable. While many people begin exercising to change how they look, Kelly loves showing them how powerful it feels to move well, have energy, and say yes to adventure.

Her commitment to health deepened during pregnancy, when she realized that the choices she made for herself were shaping her daughter’s future too. What started as personal motivation quickly grew into a passion for helping others build bodies that support long, active, fulfilling lives.

Kelly earned her Certified Personal Trainer credential through the National Personal Training Institute in 2014 and later completed a certification in holistic nutrition coaching. She brings empathy, real-life experience, and practical guidance to clients of all backgrounds and ability levels.

Outside the gym, Kelly enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, and stand-up paddle boarding with her husband and daughter.

Sarah helps women build strength, resilience, and confidence through every stage of life. With two decades of experience as a Physician Assistant, she brings a deep understanding of how to blend clinical care with real-world performance.

Her career began in the fast pace of the Emergency Department, while her personal life included endurance events like half-marathons and long training days outdoors. After her own breast cancer diagnosis in 2014, Sarah’s focus on longevity and proactive health became deeply personal. She pursued certification in Functional Medicine to better help patients build durable, sustainable health of their own.

Today, Sarah specializes in guiding women through menopause and hormonal transition with clarity, strategy, and support—so they can continue to feel strong, capable, and at their best.

As both a clinician and a mother of two, Logan is especially passionate about women’s health. Her own health and weight challenges during college shaped her commitment to helping patients move beyond quick-fix trends and toward science-backed, sustainable strategies.

Josh Kwasnicka, PA-C, CSCS — Men’s Health Specialist at PH Performance

Josh helps men optimize their health, physique, and performance through a combination of medical oversight and performance coaching. His approach bridges clinical medicine and strength & conditioning, helping patients improve body composition, hormone health, and long-term performance.

Josh’s passion for performance started early, balancing the endurance demands of competitive soccer with high-level powerlifting. He continued both while playing collegiate soccer at the University of Mount Union and competing on the powerlifting platform during his early career as a Physician Assistant.

Today, his own training focuses on hypertrophy, mountain bike racing, and HYROX competitions, giving him firsthand experience in the demands of both strength and endurance sports.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Kent State University (2016, honors) and his Doctorate in Chiropractic (2020). He holds the Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP) credential and advanced certifications in Active Release Techniques®, dry needling, cupping, and soft tissue therapies.

Dr. Logan has provided care at elite athletic events including USATF National Championships and major marathons, and has experience treating patients across the lifespan—from youth athletes to professional competitors and weekend warriors.
