We had such a wonderful time partnering with the Medina County Senior Services Network for a special outreach event at the Medina County Home! 💙

Turas Hospice & Palliative Care took part in bringing some fun with music trivia, delicious cake and ice cream, and beautiful flowers to brighten the day. It was so special to see the residents smiling, laughing, and enjoying time together.

Moments like these remind us how important connection, joy, and community are at every stage of life. We are grateful to be part of such a caring network and to share meaningful experiences with the residents we serve.

Turas Hospice & Palliative Care had an amazing time celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with our friends at Renaissance of Richfield Assisted Living! 💚

Our festive photo booth was a hit—complete with silly props, green mustaches, fun headbands, and plenty of shamrock spirit! 📸

From lucky charms to big laughs, it was such a joy capturing these special moments with residents and staff.

💅 A Little Pampering Goes a Long Way 💚

Our Solas Volunteer Team loves bringing moments of comfort, joy, and dignity to the wonderful patients we serve. One of the special ways they do this is with our Turas Hospice Nail Care Kits during their visits.
These colorful kits are filled with everything needed for a relaxing mini–spa moment — nail polish, buffers, files, lotion, and more. But what truly makes the experience special isn’t just the manicure… it’s the connection, conversation, and care that comes with it.

Something as simple as painting nails can spark smiles, laughter, and meaningful moments. It’s a beautiful reminder that small acts of kindness can make a big difference.

We are so grateful for our compassionate Solas volunteers who take the time to brighten someone’s day and remind our patients that they are deeply cared for. 💚

Our Turas Hospice volunteer, Pat, spent time visiting with one of our patients — sharing conversation, laughter, and meaningful presence. It’s amazing how something as simple as sitting together can brighten an entire day.

At Turas Hospice and Palliative Care, our volunteer team is known as our Solas Team. Solas means light — and that is exactly what they bring. Light in the form of companionship. 🍭🌈 Followed the rainbow path to the Candyland Open House at Broadway Creek Senior Living in Medina!

We had the pleasure of attending the Open House at Broadway Creek, where guests were invited to explore an enchanted Candyland filled with sweets, treats, and a nostalgic raffle at the Candy Castle. It was such a fun and creative event!

We were proud to represent Turas Hospice and Palliative Care, connect with the wonderful staff at Broadway Creek, and build some great new relationships. We are truly looking forward to working together to support the residents and families in our community. 💜
