We offer Massage therapy, Reiki, Yoga classes, skin care, waxing, and tanning with an Esthetician (coming in December), and dry Needling (coming in January)! We have had lots of experience with different injuries, chronic conditions, and relaxation techniques on all types of people. Mary specializes in Deep tissue, trigger point, pain relief, and relaxation. She enjoys helping people feel their best and has been practicing since 2010. Sara Specializes in TMJ massage and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. Other techniques may be incorporated as needed. Such as, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Guasha, Cupping, Micro-current Point Stimulation (MPS), deep tissue, Craniosacral, Pre-natal, and stretching. Most appointments are between 45 and 90mins. Dear Friend and Valued Client,

First off, we want to wish you a very safe, healthy Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

We are closed December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, and January 1st to give our therapists time with their families. Brooke with Melrose Esthetics and Tiffani (the Reiki Master) may have different hours so check with them personally.

As we come to the close of another year, all of us at Advanced Massage & Wellness want to take a moment to thank you for trusting us with your care, your wellness, and your time. We truly appreciate each and every one of you and are grateful to be part of your health and self-care journey.

This past year has been an exciting one for our practice!!
We were thrilled to welcome a couple of new, talented, and compassionate therapists to our team, allowing us to better serve our growing community.
We also expanded our space by adding a new, larger treatment room to enhance your comfort and overall experience.

In addition, we’ve continued to evolve our offerings by introducing more services tailored to specific concerns, along with a variety of new add-ons designed to support recovery, relieve pain, and reduce stress.

Our goal has always been to provide thoughtful, customized care that meets your individual needs—and we’re proud of the progress we’ve made together this year!

Looking ahead, we look forward to helping you and providing more new services in 2026! We will keep you posted!

We are also actively looking to grow our team so we can offer later appointment times and increase availability to better fit your schedule.

Just a quick lesson on Happiness. Massage helps also! 😆:
A teacher gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The teacher then mixed all the balloons. The students were then given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon.

At that point, the teacher told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes, everyone had their own balloon.

The teacher said to the students: "These balloons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness, we'll find ours too."
