Happy Wellness Wednesday 🤍

One thing I’ve learned — both personally and from working with clients — is how much stress shows up in the body.
For me, I feel it right away in my neck and shoulders. That’s always the first place it settles when I’m stressed.
That’s one of the reasons I love massage so much. Relaxation massage gives the body a chance to slow down and let some of that tension go.
Whether it’s relaxation or therapeutic work, massage really does support the body in ways people sometimes don’t realize until they experience it.

Happy Friday the 13th 😏
If anything feels scary today, it’s probably just your upper traps.
