My great niece, Lucia, working her yoga poses. I only wish I had started my yoga practice when I was this young. Because she is doing this at a young age, she is setting herself up for some tremendous health benefits both mentally and physically. Those benefits include increased flexibility, increased muscle tone and strength, improved respiration, improved energy, balanced metabolism, healthy circulation, improved athletic performance, protection from injury, and improved focus. She has future yoga instructor written all over her! Great job, Lucia! Namaste.❤️🙏🧘🙏❤️
