Lately I’ve been leaning into Ho’oponopono again- a powerful Hawaiian practice of forgiveness, healing, and returning to inner peace
Not as a mantra I say once and move on -but as something I sit with when old feelings surface, when patterns show up again, when my heart feels tender.
I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I offer these words to myself first.
To the parts of me that learned to protect, to survive, to carry more than they should have.
And something beautiful happens…
The charge softens.
The story loosens.
The body exhales.
This practice reminds me that healing doesn’t always ask us to dig harder ,sometimes it asks us to love deeper. To take responsibility for our energy with grace, not judgment.
If something has been bubbling up for you lately, maybe this is your reminder that peace begins within, and you’re allowed to meet yourself there gently. ✨
