The application letter when out yesterday (emails). USPS today. Had some problems with emails not going through so those also got mailed letters. also check your spam

We will be sending out letters with applications in March. If you would like to join the mailing list, please email medoracraftfair@yahoo.com. Include your name, contact information, and description/photos of your craft. Remember we do not have resale booths. Our fair booths are filled with handmade art, crafts, and food.
