Last week, 27 nurse residents from facilities across the country completed the Iowa Online Nurse Residency Program! Under the guidance of Program Coordinator Jess Ociepka, this group has grown tremendously in skill, confidence, and clinical judgment.

We've been having loads of fun over the past 16 days celebrating our 75th Anniversary, our staff, and the upcoming holidays!

In Case You Missed It:
🥒 The Pickle has been an elusive challenge for our employees, but some have simply just been a jar ahead.
🎄 We have several trees around the facility, plus some "humerus" holiday decor.
🎁 Our employees have been picking up their employee gifts, including a turkey or ham to cook up for family and friends this Christmas.
1️⃣5️⃣ 15 Days of Christmas is coming to a close soon, with some surprise drawings, exciting gifts, and double trouble!

❄️ As a reminder, Meeker Family Health Center, Colorado Advanced Orthopedics, and Meeker Drugs at PMC will be closed on Christmas Day (25th). See our Holiday Hours post for more details. ❄️

Every year, Administration treats the departmental leaders to a homemade soup lunch to enjoy during a chaotically entertaining gift exchange. We are incredibly grateful for our strong team of leaders that work incessantly to care for our patients, families, and community. 🎄

The Christmas elves have been busy putting up and decorating the main lobby Christmas tree in preparation for next week's highly anticipated Annual Christmas Tree Pickle Search. The Employee Committee has a long-standing tradition of hiding "pickle" ornaments in the tree early every morning, and employees that find and turn in a pickle can receive up to $20 in Meeker Bucks!

🎄❄️🎄We're off to a joyous December start with our annual employee "15 Days of Christmas" gift drawings! This year, the Employee Committee has curated an excellent range of gifts for employees to have a chance at taking home, such as several $150 gift card to shop at local businesses, a Nespresso machine, and even some Airpods 3!
