FLU SHOT IN A BOTTLE (one of many versions)

Fill a 10 ml roller bottle about 1/2 full of FCO, then add oils below. Top off with more FCO. May be rolled onto bottoms of feet once or twice daily.
18 drops lemon
14 drops ONGuard
14 drops melaleuca
10 drops oregano
*if you don't have some of these, use what you DO have, such as thyme instead of oregano, etc.
